Contributing Aged Parent Visa (Subclass 864)

This Visa allows you to stay permanently in New Zealand if you are parent of  New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in New Zealand.
Prerequisites for the Visa:-

  • You must have either at least half of the children living in  New Zealand or have more children living in  New Zealand than in any other country living lawfully in  New Zealand for at least two years before the visa application is lodged.
